About the Role
Are you ready to build a rewarding career in finance with an organisation that genuinely invests in your development? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established financial firm as a Graduate Risk & Financial Analyst, working from our London headquarters while supporting teams across multiple UK offices.

As an Analyst, you will support senior analysts, compliance officers, and department leaders by producing analytical insights that contribute to strategic initiatives, performance reporting, regulatory compliance monitoring, risk evaluation, and investment considerations.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical ability and a genuine passion for financial markets. You will gain exposure to live financial data, compliance frameworks, cross-department operations, senior management processes, and client-driven insights. This position also provides a strong foundation for long-term progression into senior analytical, compliance, risk, investment, or advisory positions, with development across both front and back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse financial, risk, and regulatory data to support strategic decision-making
• Work alongside senior analysts and compliance teams to evaluate market trends, risk indicators, and reporting obligations
• Assist in creating financial models, forecasting tools, dashboards, and performance reports
• Contribute to improvements in reporting accuracy, efficiency, compliance tracking, and insight generation
• Support both front and back office functions across regional UK teams
• Stay informed on industry regulations, FCA expectations, and financial compliance standards

What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Law, or another analytical/quantitative field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Passion for finance, risk analysis, compliance, investment modelling, or business performance
• Highly proficient in Excel; familiarity with Python, VBA, or similar tools is advantageous
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
• Proactive mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Holding or working towards a minimum level 4 financial certification is ideal for compliance.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across departments

What We Offer
• Structured training & continuous development tailored to early-career analysts
• Professional higher qualification support: opportunity to pursue CFA, CISI, CII, or other related qualifications
• Exposure to national operations and cross-functional teams
• Clear progression routes into Senior Analyst, Compliance Associate, Risk Associate, or Investment roles
• Progressive salary, performance bonus and incentives.
• A collaborative environment designed to help graduates thrive
• Hybrid working model with office-based training for the first six months, followed by limited WFH options
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + additional study leave for exams
• Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, including full assistance throughout the application process

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This position offers far more than a typical entry-level analytical role. You will develop real-world financial and compliance expertise, gain exposure to high-level decision-making, and receive the support you need to grow into a senior professional.

Whether your long-term interests lie in risk, financial analysis, compliance & regulation, investments, or advisory work, this role provides the foundations to get there.
