Role Overview
As a Trainee Investment Analyst, you will begin a structured pathway into investment and portfolio management. You will work closely with senior managers across both front and back office operations, gaining direct exposure to clients and key financial processes. A university degree is not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support senior analysts with research and market trend analysis.
• Assist in preparing investment reports, presentations, and financial documentation.
• Interact with clients to understand their investment goals and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with front and back office teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in financial markets.
• Holds (or is working toward) a minimum Level 4 professional finance certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to learning.
• No degree required—passion for finance and professional growth is essential.
