By accessing this website or engaging with the services you confirm that you fully accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them at all times. If you do not agree you must immediately stop using the website and discontinue all engagement.
The company provides recruitment services including sourcing candidates reviewing curriculum vitae documents arranging interviews introducing individuals to employers supporting clients and candidates throughout the hiring process and offering guidance relating to employment. The company may act as an Employment Agency for permanent roles or an Employment Business for temporary or contract roles and all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws within the United Kingdom.
By using the services you agree to provide accurate complete and truthful information including personal data right to work documentation career history references and any information requested for lawful recruitment purposes and the company may verify information where legally permitted. The company does not guarantee employment interviews or outcomes and is not responsible for final decisions made by employers who retain complete discretion regarding selection and suitability.
Clients agree to provide accurate job descriptions salary details and all relevant information required for candidate sourcing and must notify the company immediately when an offer of employment is made to any introduced candidate and must supply details needed for invoicing. If a client engages a candidate introduced by the company within twelve months of the introduction a fee becomes payable regardless of when contact was made or whether the introduction was active. Passing any candidate information to another business or individual without permission is strictly prohibited and any resulting hire will still incur the full applicable fee.
Invoices must be paid within the terms specified and statutory interest may be applied on overdue accounts and the company may suspend the provision of services if fees remain unpaid. Personal data may be collected stored processed and shared where lawful and necessary for recruitment compliance or legal obligations in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation and information may be shared with employers background screening providers lawful authorities or professional bodies where required.
Reasonable measures are taken to maintain confidentiality and security although no online system can be entirely free from risk and users may request access to or correction of their data within the boundaries permitted by law. All information provided by clients and candidates is treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law regulatory obligations or safeguarding concerns and you also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any information obtained during your interaction with the service.
No liability is accepted for indirect losses business interruption reputational harm lost opportunity or any consequences arising from the use of the service and the company is not responsible for decisions made by candidates or employers or for outcomes connected to employment relationships and nothing limits liability where it is unlawful to do so.
Access to the website or services may be suspended or terminated at any time with or without notice where necessary for legal compliance operational protection or prevention of misuse and users may cease engagement at any time but the company may retain records where required by law and may enforce outstanding contractual obligations including payment of fees.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales and all enquiries relating to these Terms and Conditions may be directed to the registered business address.
