About the Company
This role is with a respected London-based wealth management and financial advisory organisation supporting private clients, high-net-worth individuals, and business owners. The firm prioritises long-term relationships, tailored advice, and transparent financial planning across investments, pensions, and protection solutions.
As a graduate, you will develop strong advisory skills, financial planning knowledge, and the confidence needed to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
Role Overview
This is a front-office, client-facing role from day one. You will join client meetings, support annual reviews, and gradually begin managing your own relationships under senior advisor supervision.
Your responsibilities will include preparing financial plans, discussing investment strategies, and presenting recommendations in a clear, relatable manner. Your role will focus on helping clients understand their financial options and supporting them throughout their long-term planning journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet with clients to understand their goals, lifestyle preferences, and long-term priorities
• Prepare and present financial plans covering investments, retirement, and protection needs
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular reviews and proactive engagement
• Stay informed on market trends and updates to provide relevant advice
• Work with colleagues to design bespoke financial solutions
• Ensure all recommendations meet FCA suitability and compliance standards
• Participate in seminars, networking events, and client-facing activities
About You
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline (other people-focused degrees considered)
• Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging diverse clients
• Genuine passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial security
• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of UK financial regulations and advisory compliance
• You must already be working towards a recognised Advisory certification (e.g., DipFA, FAC, or CPD-accredited equivalent). Applicants who have not started a qualification will not be considered.
