Known for providing trusted, personalised financial guidance, the firm is expanding its advisory division and is seeking a motivated professional to support clients across the UK.

This role is ideal for individuals aiming to build a long-term career in mortgage advice, financial planning, and client relationship management.

Role Overview
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will deliver clear, compliant, and client-focused mortgage and protection advice. You will support clients through the entire mortgage journey—carrying out fact finds, assessing affordability, identifying suitable products, and managing each case through to completion.

You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and introducers, ensuring a smooth and supportive advisory experience from initial enquiry to mortgage offer and final completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice in alignment with FCA regulatory expectations
• Carry out detailed fact finds, affordability reviews, and suitability assessments
• Recommend appropriate residential, buy-to-let, or specialist lending products
• Manage the full mortgage application process, overseeing documentation and liaising with lenders
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, criteria changes, and market conditions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance across all advisory activities

About You
• Previous experience in mortgage or financial advisory is beneficial, though trainee applicants will also be considered
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver clear explanations to clients
• High level of organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work toward targets in a regulated environment
• Candidates should hold or be actively working toward CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice)
• Understanding of UK mortgage products, lending criteria, and FCA regulatory frameworks
• Ability to work both independently and within a compliance-focused advisory structure

What We Offer
• Competitive salary of £30,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
• Attractive commission structure and performance bonuses
• Continued professional development support, including CeMAP progression
• Hybrid working model combining office and remote working options
• Clear progression opportunities toward Senior Mortgage Advisor or Compliance roles
• 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays
• Pension contributions and additional company benefits
