We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate FinTech Analyst to join a growing digital finance and technology division, supporting innovation projects across payments, digital banking, blockchain applications, and financial data automation. You will gain exposure to live FinTech development roadmaps, API integrations, digital product testing, financial data modelling, machine learning-driven workflows, client onboarding automation, and regulatory compliance within digital financial environments.
This role offers long-term career progression toward FinTech Product Analyst, Digital Banking Specialist, Risk & Regulatory Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst positions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with research into new FinTech solutions, payments infrastructure, and emerging technologies
Analyse system workflows and help improve financial automation processes
Support product teams with user requirements, roadmaps, and feature testing
Work on API and open-banking integrations alongside senior analysts and developers
Analyse transactional financial data for trends, optimisation opportunities, and risk patterns
Monitor regulatory frameworks including PSD2, Open Banking, AML controls and digital compliance standards
Produce reports, dashboards, and technical documentation for internal review
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product development cycles
Ideal Candidate
Degree in Finance, Computer Science, FinTech, Data Science, IT, Economics, or a related field
Strong interest in digital finance, payments, blockchain, automation or financial technologies
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Basic experience in Python, SQL, dashboards or automation tools is advantageous
Comfortable working with datasets, reporting tools, or financial platforms
Excellent communicator able to work across tech and finance teams
Must have knowledge of UK financial regulations and understand the role of the FCA in digital oversight, consumer protection, data security, and financial product suitability. Candidates must be actively working towards or able to demonstrate verifiable regulatory knowledge relating to FinTech environments.
